Instructions:
- Start from the Players position (P) sprints forwardto (1).
- Sidestep to position (2).
- Run backward to position (3)
- Sidestep to position (4).
- Forward sprint to position (5).
- Sidestep to position (6).
- Run backward to position (7).
- Sidestep back to the players starting position (P).

always to look to the opponents side
